This is a summary of the current status of this litigation.
It is advised that the documents be prioritized in the sequence. First, read the Initial Filing.
More information is available upon request, and the 20' of paper stacked in my dining room can be site-visited. The realistic time-frame for final-adjudication of this matter is to anticipate a ruling from Commonwealth Court in a few months. Whichever side isn’t victorious will undoubtedly appeal to the PA-Supremes (a mandated review, because the CC is the initial-entry court). So the entire matter can be settled by the end of 2007, inasmuch as there are no federal constitutional issues inherent in this effort. |
