Taxes: Reduce Property Tax $$$-for-$$$ to offset the 0.5% Earned Income Tax, a new tax supported by the incumbent. Instead, cut waste (Fairway lights) and inefficiency (zoning litigation), and seek non-tax $$$ (grant, user-fee).
Zoning: Protect Residents from construction that increases danger and grid-lock, such as Rydal Park driveway onto Susquehanna Rd. and new apartments at Greenwood Ave. & Washington La., both advocated by the incumbent.
Honesty: Communicate Regularly using both print (newsletter/e-mail) and meetings, to provide update before events occur. Instead, ensure feed-back is honored.

Tax-relief for the residents will be achieved if the Commissioners demonstrate a certain austerity, raise non-tax money, and collect properly from business (e.g., Willow Grove Mall) by challenging assessments.”
“It is intolerable that the incumbent tried to prevent the citizens from speaking at a meeting that she chaired. Making secret deals with developers is bad public policy; there can never be any “appearance of impropriety.” Instead, Commissioners must interact with constituents and neighboring boroughs, creating win-win outcomes.”
